Well it may not be a new calendar year, but it is a new school year! I am so excited to have you all in class. I don't know about you, but the summer went by really fast!
I just wanted to let you know a little bit about what you can find on this blog. I will be helping students to keep track on what assignments they have each night on here in case they forget their planner somewhere. I will try to post classroom information and pictures as well as email out things that are important. Finally, this is a great place for me to store links and handouts that I give so that you can find them again if you need them.
I hope you are as excited for the new year as I am.
In Christ,
Mrs. Peters

Aria Guinevere Peters
Students/Parents,
I wanted to post and share with you the exciting news about my daughter. As many of you have already heard on Thursday, August 28th my daughter was born. She was 8 lbs 11 ounces, and 21 inches. She was given a clean bill of health and we were able to come home Saturday night.
She has been a joy and a blessing in our life, more than we ever could have expected. Her brothers could not possibly be more proud. Asher, our 2 year old, is constantly asking to hold her, even when she is screaming. He will just sit and hold her with the biggest smile on his face and give her lots of kisses. Jude, our 5 year old, loves to sing to her. I am pretty sure that the first words out of this girls mouth someday with be the song Jesus Loves Me, because Jude sings it to her about 10 times a day. They both love everything about her.
I also want to thank all the students, parents, and subs for being supportive as I enjoy the next few weeks on maternity leave getting to know my daughter. I miss the classroom, but I am very excited to get to know this little blessing God has so graciously given our family.
In Christ,
Mrs. Peters
